The options are impressive. There's a playground, a lake with boat rentals, football, baseball, cricket, and soccer fields, volleyball, tennis, handball, and basketball courts, an ice skating rink, and more! Enjoy trails, picnic areas, a spray pool, pavilions, and a tree canopy!

The cafe is a newer addition to the park, and it's much more than a simple snack stand. Warinanco Café is the perfect spot to grab lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Their chef, Chester Rivera, has prepared an incredible menu of American favorites and Latin-inspired dishes. Choose from options like house made beef empanadas, the classic cuban, their signature 8oz burger, or the fresh, crisp garden salad. It’s a menu that will keep you coming back! Everything is affordable, so stay for dessert.

But let's get to the wildflowers...

The wildflower meadow provides nectar, seeds and fruits that nourish birds, butterflies, bees, moths and other natural pollinators. The meadow and nearby trees also provide a nesting habitat and shelter for birds, along with cooling shade that helps to keep the lake livable for fish.

The plants are designed to transition throughout the seasons, from white daisies and golden yellow "sneezeweed" in the spring to orange butterfly weed, blue vervain, pink Joe-pye weed, purple New York ironweed, and pink and white rose mallow throughout the summer. The colors continue in the fall, with pink asters.

Volunteers support the meadow, which was designed to reduce algae blooms in the lake and improve water quality. Wildflowers can be found around the lake, and the Chatfield Garden.
