Hosted by Delaware River Railroad Excursions in Phillipsburg, the River Train offers passengers a beautiful narrated ride along the scenic Delaware River. Rides last 90 minutes. Add-ons (like a stop at a mine or maze) are available to extend your trip.

On Sunday, September 24th, the United Railroad Historical Society of New Jersey is turning into a railroad museum (for a day)! Over a dozen pieces of restored historic railroad equipment will be open to the public during this exhibition. The event is just $5 for adults and $3 for children, and it includes live music, vintage cars, the chance to speak with experts and more. Boy Scouts can even earn a special badge. Visit between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to get in on the action.
