Drivers are encouraged to stay off roads, if possible. Wait it out if you're unable to see. Slick, icy roads are also a concern.

The warning is currently only until 4:15 p.m. but the sky darkened rapidly near me and the snow is coming down hard and fast. Let us know what it’s like by you and use caution if driving.

Update at 4:25 p.m. – Mercer County is also on alert and the warning has been extended until 5:30 p.m. in some parts of the state. Over 5,000 New Jerseyans are without power.
