Have you ever been to a place so enchanting, it almost seems surreal? New Jersey is home to quite a few magical spots, but this one is probably the closest you can get to walking through a magical wardrobe. A visit here transports you to a fantasy land where everything is magnificent and anything can happen.
Grounds For Sculpture is a 42-acre sculpture park with 6 indoor galleries, a museum shop, two cafes and a fine dining destination, Rat's Restaurant.
A great place to picnic, stroll, snap photos and relax, you'll most certainly feel as if you've stepped into a Narnia-esque fantasy. It has been called an impressionist paradise and one of the finest sculpture gardens in the world.
If you're looking to indulge, head to Rat's Restaurant. Serving up mouthwatering French cuisine, the interior was modeled after a Claude Monet painting.
This is a place that everyone should see for themselves, whether with a friend, family or on a romantic date – it’s impossible not to be in awe of its beauty. We’re so lucky to have this world class attraction in the Garden State, conveniently located in Central Jersey. Find Grounds For Sculpture at 80 Sculptors Way, Hamilton. They are open Tuesday – Sunday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and they will be open this Monday (President’s Day) as well. Tickets are just $10 when purchased online. For another magical spot in New Jersey, check out the Pinelands.
