These 9 Spectacular Videos Perfectly Capture The Beauty Of New Jersey

New Jersey gets a bum rap; out-of-staters always assume we’re little more than a network of highways and airports. That couldn’t be further from the truth. From our northern mountains to our southern pinelands, our western rivers and beautiful ocean beaches, New Jersey is absolutely beautiful. If anyone ever doubts that, just show them the videos below.

1. This video highlights the beauty of Medford Lakes. The town is over 10% water with 22 lakes.

2. Enjoy a serene scene on Long Beach Island. LBI is 18 miles long and around half a mile wide.

3. Travel along the Jersey Shore. Should you visit in person, you may come across a Knobbed Whelk - New Jersey's state shell.

4. Even our cities are beautiful. Here's Hudson County from day to night. Hudson County is New Jersey's fastest growing county.

5. Tour historic Morristown. The town has been called "The Military Capital of the American Revolution."

6. Dive into Paterson's Great Falls. The town was established in 1791 as America's first planned industrial city.

7. Atlantic City may be struggling, but check it out at sunset. America's first boardwalk was built here in the 1870s. In 1978, the city's first casino was built.

8. Beautiful blue lakes are hidden in our Pinelands. They're stunning but dangerous, many are sandmines from South Jersey's quarrying days.

9. The beautiful Buttermilk Falls in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. At around 200 feet tall, these are our state's highest falls.
