The New Jersey Restaurant In The Middle Of Nowhere That’s So Worth The Journey
Finding a completely remote restaurant in New Jersey is nearly impossible as our state is the most densely populated in the nation. While we do offer peaceful parks, they tend to stay that way by avoiding commercial businesses. And we’re not really a state where you can drive for miles and miles with nothing in sight. Still, I’ve found a wonderful restaurant that’s just a bit out of the way for most.
If you can only try one dish, go for the crab cakes. The family-owned and operated business has been a local staple for over 20 years and has been in the same family since 2006. Find them at 474 NJ-49, Bridgeton. Crabs are sold live, cooked or fried. In fact, there’s quite the selection of fried seafood. If you’ve got a craving, head here. It’s got funky decor and a friendly staff but it’s the food that will keep you coming back. For another remote restaurant in New Jersey, check out Restaurant Latour.
