We Can’t Stay Away From This 6,000-Square-Foot Food Hall In New Jersey
One of my favorite parts of a mall is the food court. I love visiting one location with multiple dining options and I’ll occasionally head to the mall just for that experience. Sometimes you want Thai, tacos, and a single slice of thin crust pizza. There’s nothing wrong with that! It can be loads of fun to mix things up. Unfortunately, malls can get pretty crazy – especially around the holidays. What if you could get all the food with none of the chaos? That’s where food halls come in…
If you've lived in New Jersey for any length of time, you may be familiar with the former Bell Labs complex.
A modern architectural marvel, the building has been dubbed "the world's largest mirror." Built in 1957, it served as a research and development facility for years. Now known as Bell Works, the building has been repurposed as a mixed-use facility with office space, a state of the art library, and a food hall!
The food court offers over 6,000 square feet of space and 5 different dining options.
First is Bubz Deli, offering fresh bagels, giant sandwiches, house-made bread, and more. Next is Broad Fork Greens & Grains, offering all sorts of salad and grain bowls - many are organic.
Corbo & Sons serves up gourmet wood-fired pizza with the most mouthwatering crust. Try their Autumn Pizza topped with butternut squash and walnut pesto! Perhaps best of all, they offer beer, cider, and wine.
If Japanese cuisine is more your scene, check out Jozu, serving up sushi, ramen, and robata. From poke bowls to hand rolls, they're sure to have something you'll love.
In the mood for dessert? Bell Market has got you covered.
Honeybell Bakery is a delectable dream come true. Inspired by traditional French patisseries, Honeybell creates both classic and contemporary baked goods. Choose from a variety of cookies, croissants, fresh baked breads, tarts, danishes, and cakes. The Peppermint Devil's Food Poundcake is a perfect holiday treat.
This entire concept was created by a team of culinary experts with years of experience – it was carefully planned to offer patrons a mouthwatering variety of the freshest foods around. If you want to check it out, visit Bell Market at 101 Crawford’s Corner Road, Holmdel. Hours vary, so check their website here. For another amazing New Jersey dining option, click here.
