I think of a large, safe city that’s probably a great place to live but not necessarily a travel destination. While I’ve been there before in passing, I never thought of going out of my way to visit…until now. The more I learn about Toms River, the more I like it. It’s a trendy town with some seriously chill, hippie vibes.
