Guests of the now museum have claimed to have heard footsteps as well as the voice of a child in the home. Additionally, some visitors have said to have heard the sound of dogs barking too. Since there aren’t animals on the property, the barks might be the ghosts of the former owner.

The Emlen Physick Estate was built in 1879 and sits on 4-acres. The 18-room mansion was the home of members of the prominent Physick family from Philadelphia.
