New Jersey has hundreds of beautiful lakes, all throughout the state. We’ve got big lakes, small lakes, natural and man-made, each as beautiful as the next. Some are for swimming, some are for boating, all are a great place to relax. Here are just a dozen of the most beautiful lakes in our incredibly scenic state.
The largest lake in Bass River State Forest, enjoy swimming, fishing and kayaking. You can even spend the night!
Can you name any unknown lakes on this list? If you can, share in the comments. If you can’t, make one up! What would you name these gorgeous lakes if it were up to you? Number 1 definitely looks like a “Reflection Lake” to me. These are only a handful of lakes in our scenic state, feel free to share your lake photos in the comments or on the Only In New Jersey Facebook Page!
