Rocky Gorge isn't for the timid. The Swift River drops in a beautiful fall, and the base is a deep pool perfect for jumping. This cliff jump is exhilarating but also a bit dangerous. If you prefer a slower pace, there are much less scary sections of the river just down stream.

If Rocky Gorge isn't for you, head downstream to Lower Falls, where the current is softer and the falls less drastic, but still beautiful. No wonder this is a popular spot.

Diana's Baths is the jewel in the crown of New Hampshire waterfall swimming holes. Not only is it stunningly gorgeous, but the calm flow of the water over the falls and through warm, shallow pools makes it perfect for swimming.
