In addition to raising livestock and harvesting crops, there’s another aspect to agriculture in New Hampshire that you can take part in at a farm in Tamworth.

Remick Country Doctor Museum & Farm in Tamworth, New Hampshire is a historic site and working farm with exhibits, walking trails, and gardens. The farm has been part of the state's agricultural traditions for over 200 years and the Remick family were some of the earliest settlers in Tamworth.

The farm's annual Ice Harvest & Winter Carnival takes place in February. Ice is harvested straight from the property's pond.
