You see, way back in 1934 a young group of college kids were enjoying a night together in the Alpha Theta fraternity house. They didn't know that these hours would be their last.

Late in the night, while sleeping in the attic, there was a carbon monoxide accident. All 9 students died, both men and women. The building was demolished and a new one built in its place. Many students and even some local hotel guests today report running into the ghosts of those that died that night.
