There’s Only One Remaining Old-Time Polish Bakery In All Of New Hampshire And You Need To Visit
We love a good bakery. Any time of day and any occasion are a great reason to stop into a bakery. It’s often hard to resist the temptation…not that we’re even trying. On a recent search for some new-to-us spots, we remembered this gem. One of the only Polish bakeries in the state, it’s a wonderful place to get some treats to share. Or, keep them all for yourself. We won’t tell.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. She then brought them to the Lancaster Farmers’ Market and sold out almost right away. A business idea was born and in 2015 she moved into her own place.




The goal here is so to be the best bread in the area and they've certainly achieved it! The nutritious and delicious treats coming out are made using special ingredients, including unbleached un-bromated flours and freshly ground whole grain flours from local mill.
