There’s A Natural Waterslide Hidden At Lower Falls In New Hampshire That Everyone Should Visit This Summer
This summer we plan on doing some serious relaxing in New Hampshire! Not that we haven’t done enough of that in the last few weeks. But, there’s something about warm weather and the idea of cooling off in a body of water that feels like the ultimate way to enjoy the season. In addition to the swimming holes you’ll find all over the state, we’re especially excited about a trip back to this totally natural water slide!
At first glance, Lower Falls might just look like a lovely waterfall near Conway. It's certainly beautiful.
But visit when it's warm out and you're likely to get a whole different experience! This place offers a fun experience that includes both a swimming hole and a water slide that cascades over impossibly smooth rocks.
Just after rain or earlier in the spring, the water will be fast. Rushing over the rocks, the water is fast and forceful enough to propel visitors over the smooth faces and into the swimming hole beyond.
For some, this might be a little too much adventure. And we can understand that. If you visit and prefer not to enjoy the water slide, know that you can simply wade in the water to cool down.
