A 4-Mile Hiking Trail In New Hampshire, The Gonic Trails Long Loop Is Full Of Babbling Brooks

When was the last time you got outside? If it was recently, that’s great! If it’s been a while, now is a great time to go exploring. The summer has brought a mix of sun and rain, but that makes for nice days, rushing rivers and lots of green. As we look forward to the rest of the season (and even those beyond!) we’re loving the idea of this route. There are plenty of water views and we can never get enough of those!

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

You can learn more about The Gonic Trails on alltrails.com. There are three different trails to explore, making this a great place to return to over and over again. You can also follow them on Facebook to keep up with trail closures and other timely information.

Love water views, but aren’t excited about hiking? We’ve got something for that! Stretching 22 miles, U.S. Route 1 offers one of the sweetest and most scenic drives in New Hampshire.
