This Huge Festival In New Hampshire Is One Of A Kind
You may know of a few festivals in New Hampshire but this one is absolutely worth checking out.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

Now, a craft fair may not sound thrilling, but this isn't the average craft fair. The fair has been running for 83 years, and brings together over 200 exhibitors for eight days of entertainment, nature and art.

The fair takes place at the base of Mount Sunapee in Newbury, where visitors can take in the natural beauty of western New Hampshire. During the festival there is also a chairlift ride to the summit available.

Another thing that sets the Fair apart is the number of craft demonstrations that happen daily.

But the real treat is the stunning handmade crafts made by local artisans.

Everything from pottery to jewelry is on display, and best of all, it is all New Hampshire made.

You can get an up close and first-hand look at crafters at work.

Each day there are classes and DIY workshops for children and adults, as well as art displayed all over the mountain at Sunapee.

Whether you come to see the art, take in the nature at Sunapee, or enjoy demonstrations and lessons, a trip to the Craftsmen's Fair is essential for any New Hampshire resident.

Summer in New Hampshire is all about getting outside. That is even more appealing when you can enjoy great shopping and interesting demonstrations in the beautiful New Hampshire outdoors. One of the best places to do that is at the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen’s Craftsmen’s Fair.
