You’ll Have A Front-Row View of New Hampshire’s Milan Hill State Park In These Cozy Yurts
10 miles north of Berlin, New Hampshire, up on a hilltop, there’s a local getaway that offers not only a cozy night’s stay in a yurt, but lots of activities to occupy any traveler during their time there.

The lush green woods surrounding the park are full of adventure, spanning a sizeable 102 acres. Established in 1939, Milan Hill has long served those in New Hampshire looking to get away from it all.

Among the activities possible at Milan Hill are hiking, fishing, boating and kayaking, canoeing, and wildlife watching.

The yurts are "primitive" campsites, however, and it should be noted that there is no water hookup or electricity on-site.

A new Adirondack shelter was recently installed as well, and it too is available for reservations online.

The entire experience here is one of comfort and peace. It is an ideal place for meditation and thought.

We strongly recommend that visitors bring a camera or two, and lots of memory cards. The Milan Hill State Park is ridiculously photogenic through and through.

A visit to Milan Hill State Park is sure to thrill even the most seasoned of travelers. It's a place worthy of an entire trip all to itself!
