There are some who say that great BBQ cuisine can only be found in the southern United States. What are folks up here in the northeast corner of the country doing trying to make great BBQ? Well, to them I say watch out – because you can find some really great cooking up here. In fact, one of my local neighborhood places does it quite well and has earned its place as a prime BBQ restaurant in New Hampshire.
