The Annual Guinness Beer Dinner At Peddler’s Daughter In New Hampshire Is A State Tradition Not To Miss
New Hampshire certainly has some fun traditions. If you’ve lived here all your life (or even visited!) you’ll surely know of a few and probably have some favorites. One of ours is the one that takes place each year in Nashua. It might be one of the newer traditions, but it’s fun nonetheless and we love looking forward to it!
The Pedder's Daughter in Nashua gets its name from a famed Haverhill resident. Maggie Cline was the daughter of local peddler Patrick Cline. Maggie ran away from home at the age of 16 and began a notable career as a vaudeville that lasted 50 years! Hence, the peddler's daughter.
On March 4th, 2020 the evening begins with a welcome gathering beer at 6:30 p.m. You won't want to miss this part as it brings everyone together and feels so special.
The menu changes with each Guinness beer dinner and this year's is shaping up to be one of the best. It includes a variety of dishes including an Asian pork belly, apple & celery slaw.
The menu isn't completely public yet, but we have noticed that there's going to be a Guinness braised beef, colcannon potatoes, sumo carrots, with a Guinness reduction pan jus. YES PLEASE.
The Peddler’s Daughter in Nashua will hold their Guinness Beer Dinner on Wednesday March 4th, 2020 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
They’re open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. You can learn more about them here. Or, check them out on Facebook. To let them know you’ll be there check out the official Facebook event listing to get tickets.

In addition to the smell of ocean water in the air on rainy days in Portland, she loves puppies, photography, funny people, the Maine Red Claws, traveling, fresh tomatoes, Cambodia and filling out forms.
