You Could Spend Hours In The 35-Acre Pumpkin Patch At Mack’s Apples In New Hampshire
Fall in New Hampshire can mean a few different things. First, it means crisper weather. Second is apple cider, donuts, apples and pumpkins. We love visiting the many state farms that offer local produce and opportunities for fun, but we especially love farms that satisfy all of our autumnal needs. The pumpkin patch at this farm is gigantic and it will certainly put you in the mood for the season!
John Mack started this farm all the way back in 1732, making it one of the oldest in the state. Today it's a go-to destination for folks who love everything autumn!
The 400-acre farm has allocated 35-acres to their pumpkin patch and it has plenty of punks to choose from. This is the kind of place that curious kids will love.
Early in the season you'll find the pumpkins hidden within the plants, making the search more active and fun. There's lots of bending down and peeking beneath leaves to find the perfect specimen to take home. Closer to the end of the season things get a little easier as the pumpkins will be more visible.
Mack’s Apples is open every day from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. You can learn more on their website or visit them on Facebook. You can reach them on 603-434-7619. Address: 230 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH 03053, USA.
