After running things for 51 years, the founder of Cal Nev Ari has put the tiny Nevada town up for sale. Nancy Kidwell founded the airport-based community with late husband Slim in 1965. She’s ready to pass the torch for a cool $8 million (though it was originally listed in 2010 for $17 million).
