The One Museum Every Nevadan Needs To Visit At Least Once
Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Las Vegas is a truly unique museum. The Madame Tussauds story began in 1794 when Marie Grosholtz inherited Dr. Philippe Curtius’ wax exhibition following the end of the French Revolution. After marrying Francois Tussaud in 1795, Marie took her exhibition to London’s Baker Street Bazaar in 1835 where it became a regular exhibit. Today, there are Madame Tussauds all over the world. The Las Vegas museum opened in 1999 and continues to be a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. Take a look at this truly unique Las Vegas attraction.
Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is located inside the Venetian on the Las Vegas Strip. Exhibits are collected into different sections.
In the Viva Las Vegas section, you can see many Vegas legends such as Celine Dion, Wayne Newton, and even take your picture with the King, Elvis Presley...
In Club Tussauds, rubbing elbows (not literally, of course) with A-list celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Sandra Bullock, Will Smith, Channing Tatum, and Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (pictured) is in order.
The Music Icon section is home to music entertainers from all genres and eras. Take your picture with Beyonce (pictured), Bruno Mars, Miley Cyrus, or even Katy Perry.
Madame Tussauds is fun for the entire family and the one museum every Nevadan and visitor should visit at least once. For more information, please call (866) 841-3739 or visit their website. Have you experienced this amazing museum? What was your favorite part? Please comment below.
