10 Awesome Things You Can Do In Nevada When It’s Raining
If you’re anything like me, you absolutely HATE rainy days! Luckily, there are many different types of things you can do indoors when it’s raining. Let’s take a look at 10 things you can do in Nevada that are GUARANTEED to chase the rainy day blues away:

1. Check out one of the largest car collections in the nation.
If you've never visted the National Automobile Museum in Reno, I highly recommend it. Even if you're not a car fanatic, you'll still love this museum. The car displays are AMAZING!!!
2. Go cave exploring.
Exploring the Lehman Caves is another wonderful activity to do on a rainy day. The Lehman Caves is located within the Great Basin National Park and cave tours are offered daily.
3. Attend a show or concert.
Shows and concerts are always happening somewhere in Nevada. Some are even FREE!
4. Spend the day shopping.
Shopping always chases those rainy day blues away! Spending money doesn't, but shopping sure does!
5. Visit an indoor theme park.
The Adventuredome is a 5-acre indoor amusement park that screams AWESOMENESS! If you've never been, you MUST check it out! It's located at Circus Circus in Las Vegas.
6. Gather up your girlfriends and have a spa day.
Everyone deserves a little pampering every now and then. I recommend the spa at CasaBlanca Resort in Mesquite. They offer a wide variety of services at great prices.
7. Play a round of indoor mini golf or laser tag.
If you're looking for fun, look no further than King Putt. King Putt offers indoor mini golf (18-holes/blacklight), an advanced laser tag arena and a modern arcade. King Putt is located in Henderson.
8. Go bowling.
If you're going to go bowling, you might as well go BIG! The National Bowling Stadium, which is a 363,000-square-foot ten-pin bowling stadium, is the COOLEST place to go bowling in Nevada. This one-of-a-kind bowling venue is located in Reno.
9. Visit one of Nevada's history museums.
The Northeastern Nevada Museum, located in Elko, is a 40,000 square-foot facility with exhibits covering local history, natural history and local cultures. This incredible museum also has a permanent art collection, in addition to rotating art exhibits.
10. Check out the famous Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay.
