Here in Nevada, October 31st has a bigger meaning for most people. It’s not just Halloween, it’s also the day that Nevada was officially granted its statehood. Thousands upon thousands of Nevadans make their way to Carson City to celebrate with fellow neighbors and friends, and it’s an absolute hoot.
