Although the restaurant pulls inspiration from several regions of Europe, there's a specific focus on Germany. On the menu, you'll find several iconic German dishes including giant pretzels, schnitzel, spaetzle, and currywurst.
Each dish is made with the German tradition in mind but with a uniquely modern twist. The bratwurst is especially popular and it comes served with German red cabbage ("rotkohl") and sour apple.
