Located in Summerlin, the Trattoria is home to much more than an elegant restaurant—although, that's definitely a notable part. Instead, visitors will find themselves completely immersed in an authentic Italian experience.
Run by Chef Giancarlo Bomparola who is originally from Italy, visitors can rest assured that they are getting the real deal. The menu is packed with classic Italian cuisine, including Gnocchi al Pesto, Lasagna, Penne all Vodka, and Cavatelli con Salsiccia.
The sit-down restaurant is always a fantastic experience, but there's also a spectacular on-site deli for those who are looking for a quick lunch. Boasting a large selection of meats and cheeses imported from Italy, the deli puts others to shame with their amazing sandwiches.
Choose from a large menu of both hot and cold sandwiches, featuring Italian specialities such as sfilatino, mortadella, soppressata, and prosciutto. One of their most popular sandwiches is the Sicilian, which is comprised of salami, capocollo, mortadella, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion—all of which is layered generously on freshly baked bread.
