It’s always hard to think up something new to do that showcases your personality on a first date, or even during your first few dates. Likewise couples who have been together a long time tire of the usual dinner night out at some dark and expensive restaurant. Here are some ideas that are sure to make an impression on your loved one on your next date.
1. Go for a Spin on the High Roller at the Linq (Las Vegas)
Take a ride on the High Roller observation wheel at night to view the night lights of Vegas. You can book cars with a bartender and a small bar set up inside so you can enjoy a drink while watching Las Vegas from above, and then enjoy a stroll along the promenade for a bite to eat. The Linq/High Roller are located at 3545 Las Vegas Boulevard South. Tickets for a nighttime trip are $37 per adult or $52 for a "happy half hour" (includes bar) - discounts are available if you buy tickets online.
2. See a Flick at the West Wind El Rancho Drive-In (Sparks)
Enjoy an old fashioned drive-in movie at the West Wind El Rancho Drive In. You can snuggle up together with some popcorn and candy and enjoy films the way you did as a kid (at least for some of us of a certain age...) The drive-in is located at 555 El Rancho Drive. Check their websites for film schedule and pricing.
3. Enjoy a Cruise on Lake Tahoe (Incline Village)

7. Walk Along the Colorado River (Laughlin)
This lovely walk goes along the stretch of the Colorado River that passes through the town of Laughlin. You'll pass behind many casinos and hotels so there are tons of places to stop and sit and have a coffee or a bite to eat. You can find the Riverwalk all along the casinos but the best spot is to park at the Riverside Casino and walk down to the Riverwalk.
8. Become Cowboys for the Day at Cowboy Trail Rides (Las Vegas)
