Summer is just about to breathe its last, and fall will be here before we know it. And you know what that means: a trip to the apple orchard! The state’s most beloved orchards can be found in eastern Nebraska, and this one may be the granddaddy of them all.

The Applejack Festival is a Nebraska City-wide event held each September to celebrate the start of the apple harvest. Arbor Day Farm has tons of special events and activities going on; get information on times and dates for this year here.
