Nestled away in downtown Sioux Falls, Falls Park showcases the area's all-natural waterfall, which is not only important in terms of recreation and tourism, but in that it was used by both the Native Americans and early European settlers.
In addition to the 100-foot-tall falls themselves, which drop an estimated 7,400 gallons of water per second, the park is home to several scenic viewing platforms...

Housed inside the old Light and Power Company building, Falls Overlook Cafe offers a huge variety of sandwiches, salads, pastries, ice cream, and more.
...and the Stockyards Ag Experience.
This one-time horse barn is now an interactive museum that walks visitors through the history of the old stockyards, beginning in 1917 and ending in 2009.
