Pack everything you need for a refreshing adventure - your swimsuit, sunscreen, and plenty of water - along Meadow Run Trail in Ohiopyle State Park.
The three-mile trail, rated easy by the DCNR, will take you on an unforgettable adventure, starting at Cucumber Falls.
Stroll down the stairs to Cucumber Falls for picture-perfect views from the base of the waterfall.
Dip your feet into the pool of water, and you might be able to feel the mist of the waterfall spray you.
Follow the yellow blazes along the trail that will also give you a glimpse of Ohiopyle Falls.
When you arrive at the natural water slide, expect a crowd of people, especially on those scorching summer days.
Before you slide down the natural water slide, keep a few things in mind. You're gliding down rock that's millions of years old, so you might get a few bumps and bruises along the ride.
The natural water slides are also busiest during the weekends. If you want to get away from the crowds, visit during the week.
