Here in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee, the GLOW holiday festival experience touts one of the tallest Christmas trees in the nation's southland. It's located in the famed First Tennessee Park and offers up an experience that's fun for the whole family. GLOW Nashville is an anual event that takes place around the holidays and sets up shop right here in the heart of Music City, and it features one of the tallest Christmas trees in the nation. GLOW is put on by a group that also makes similar experiences in Minnesota. But they have brought this magical display down to our wonderful city to share in the Christmas cheer.

The Christmas experience has millions of lights that adorn massive, artfully designed sculptures. In years past there has been a Frozen Fortress Skating Rink for all of you looking to take a spin around the ice, and a Reindeer Run Tube Park that will send you down a 170-foot-long tube in a rush of speed and adrenaline. Ticket prices vary. You never know what kind of incredible displays they might bring as the event grows and evolves over the years.

Wandering the lights makes for a memorable and romantic experience. At Christmas Crossing, you'll walk through an illuminated elf forest and perhaps even run into polar bears in the Arctic Circle. Bring your significant other and escape to a wintery wonderland, or bring the whole family and watch as your children light up in awe and amazement.

Santa's Workshop is stunning experiential addition to the GLOW experience, and you'll find yourself sitting with Mrs. Claus as she reads stories and plays games with the elves. It's truly magic!

The light sculptures were inspired by the icy beauty of the north, and they're accompanied by joyful holiday tunes. You'll feel as if you've left Nashville far behind for a land of wonder and enchantment.

The famed Christmas tree is over 100-feet-tall and is Nashville's tallest holiday tree. It towers a full 20 feet over the Nashville Sound's guitar scoreboard!
