You’ll find Greenwood Gator Farm just outside of Houma in the tiny town of Gibson, Louisiana.
This full-time, working alligator farm hatches anywhere between 5,000-10,000 alligators each year and during your tour, you’ll learn all about these little guys.
From new hatchlings to full-grown gators, you’ll see creatures of every shape and size at Greenwood Gator Farm.
And you’ll get pretty close to them!
Feeding time is always a sight to see.

But Greenwood Gator Farm is more than just a land-based touring attraction; they also offer swamp tours.
You’ll take to the bayous in a pontoon boat, navigating the waterways with a knowledgeable captain who will teach you all about the area and the wildlife within it.
