1. Rhodius Park
This downtown Indianapolis park offers an awesome sledding spot with a great view of the Indy skyline. The park is also completely free and full of fun.
2. Brookside Park
This epic sledding hill is located on the east side of Indianapolis and boasts an insanely good time. With a large and wide sledding hill, tons of kids can enjoy an incredible sledding experience all at once at Brookside Park. 3. Simon Moon Park
Located nearby in neighboring town Westfield, the incredible Simon Hill Park has an unforgettable hill that's perfect for sledding fun. You and your family will find hours of fun awaiting here. 4. Garfield Park
Garfield Park is a popular place to go sledding on the south side of Indianapolis. 5. Freedom Park

6. Ellenberger Park
This popular city park is located in Irvington, just east of downtown, and has some pretty neat rolling hills (for Indiana anyway). There are smaller hills little kids can enjoy, while the park's largest hill becomes a popular sledding destination after every snowfall. When you're done, you can enjoy more winter fun at this park's ice rink.
7. Paul Ruster Park
This little known park may actually be the best sledding destination in central Indiana. After a large climb, you'll find yourself on top of a pretty steep hill, where you can go sledding in any direction. It's like this park was custom made for winter days. 8. Fort Harrison State Park
As Indy's only state park, Fort Harrison State Park offers one of the biggest sledding hills around. If you're looking for the best sledding adventure you can find, this park is the one for you. You'll find it at 6000 N. Post Road, Indianapolis, IN 46216.
9. Glenns Valley Nature Park
This hidden park offers a bunch of different sledding opportunities, letting you find the right sized hill for your family. The park tends to get fairly crowded during the wintertime, but there's always plenty of room for everyone to enjoy hours of sledding.
10. Southeastway Park
Just southeast of Indy in New Palestine, Southeastway Park has an incredible sledding hill that you'll want to try for yourself. Kids and adults alike can enjoy this awesome hill that's bound to provide hours of fun. You'll find this park at 5624 S Carroll Rd., New Palestine, IN 46163.
