Joe Darr, Jr. first opened what was then known as the Chow Time Restaurant in Lookout Valley. Over time the business expanded to another location in Tennessee and today, the original recipes are in use right here in Montana.
Inside the vibe is casual and cool, with menus on the wall for visitors to make their selections.
