The Ultimate Pizza Bucket List In Montana That Will Make Your Mouth Water
Last year, we compiled a list of some of the best pizza places in Montana. And while we maintain the opinion that the pizzerias on that list are phenomenal, we’d like to add a few more in order to make it a more complete Montana Pizza Bucket List. After all, there’s really no such thing as too much good pizza.
1. Long Riders Barbecue, 110 Main St., Stevensville
We know what you're thinking, but yes, this BBQ joint belongs on this list. They serve amazing pizza alongside their grilled meats.
2. Friday Night Pizza, 607 Samsome Rd., Philipsburg
Friday Night Pizza is delicious any day of the week. Their handmade dough makes an excellent foundation.
3. Howard’s Pizza, multiple locations, Great Falls
For over 50 years, Howard's has been the go-to spot for pizza in Great Falls, and the locals agree that the pizza is consistently excellent.
4. Audrey’s Pizza Oven, 401 E Peach St, Bozeman
Audrey Anderson was a colorful character who lived in Bozeman (after being born in Libby and traveling the world) until she died at 88 in the mid-90s. Her pizza recipe was legendary, and the same recipe is still used today and this newer version of Audrey's.
5. Fergie’s Pizza, 114 S. Main St., Plentywood
The dining scene in the small town of Plentywood might be limited, but clearly they believe in quality over quantity here. Fergie's Pizza is downright addictive.
6. Monte Carlo Pizza, 121 N Merrill Ave., Glendive
Simply put, Monte Carlo Pizza gets everything right: Perfect crust, awesome topping distribution, friendly owners and service, and prompt delivery.
7. Pie Hole, 525 N Higgins Ave., Missoula
Pie Hole is open until 3 AM daily, so this is the place to go when you're craving a late night slice. However, they also sell whole pies in the light of day, which are extremely tasty.
8. Bullman’s Wood Fired Pizza, 1005 Shiloh Crossing Blvd., Billings
There's something about wood fired pizza that's completely irresistible, and Bullman's pizza is no exception. Yum!
9. Charlie’s Pizza, 1159 E Railroad St., Cut Bank
This mom and pop pizza joint has daily specials as well as plenty of classic pies to choose from… and it’s all scrumptious.
10. Jersey Boys Pizzeria, 550 1st St., Whitefish
Jersey Boys Pizza has won numerous awards for its delicious food, and the general consensus is that this place is definitely worth the hype.
11. Mighty Mo Brewing, 412 Central Ave., Great Falls
Since pizza and beer make a perfect pairing, it only makes sense that this Great Falls brewery would serve tantalizing pizza alongside their brew.
If you didn’t see your favorite pizza joint here, you might find it
on this list…. otherwise, be glad that your favorite place for a slice hasn’t been discovered by the masses just yet. And if you’re looking for a unique dining experience in Montana, check out one of these restaurants.
