This Perfect Montana Vineyard Has Amazing Wine And Even Lets You Spend The Night
As local travel experts, we know what travelers are looking for when it comes to finding the perfect accommodations for their next trip. To compile our lists, we scour the internet to find properties with excellent ratings and reviews, desirable amenities, nearby attractions, and that something special that makes a destination worthy of traveling for.
Montana may be better known for craft beer than wine, but the wineries we do have make some excellent vino. Tongue River Winery is the only vineyard and winery in southeast Montana, and it’s delightful — in fact, you can even spend the night.

The first planting here was in 2004. The winery opened in 2009, and by 2012, over 1200 vines had been planted.

Their Black Currant, White Raspberry, and Tongue Tied are just a few award-winners.

The owners of the vineyard have a large house on the property, and they rent out two of the rooms on Airbnb.

The fee is just $79 per night, so it's affordable enough to stay all weekend.

The hosts have thought of everything to give you a completely comfortable experience.
If you’re a wine-loving Montanan, a trip to this winery is a must. And if you can’t head to Miles City anytime soon, you also can get great vino at the places on this list.
