The USA’s version of the taco truck was apparently invented in 1974 by a genius named Raul Martinez, who converted an old ice cream truck into a mobile taqueria in Los Angeles. The trend obviously caught on, and now you’ll find some fantastic food trucks right here in Montana. These seven serve especially scrumptious tacos.
You'll find the Los Jarochos truck parked on Main Street from Wednesday - Sunday from 10:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. The food is so scrumptious and so popular, the truck team is planning to open a restaurant later this year!

Missoula's food truck scene is second to none, and Cruz Tacos is no exception. Between the freshly fried corn chips and housemade salsa, you'll be addicted. If you see this truck at a local event, don't pass it by.
Technically this is a taco bus, and it's absolutely fantastic. Taqueria Las Palmitas is a popular stop for families on their way to Yellowstone National Park, and there's no better way to fuel yourself for a day of exploring nature.

You won't find the standard street tacos served from this yellow truck - at S&M, it's all about creativity (and sometimes meat on sticks). You'll find this truck parked outside breweries and at farmers markets in the Whitefish area.
