While there are plenty of great places to dine with a view, without a coastline it’s easy to forget just how much access to water the state actually has. In fact, I’d argue that restaurants on the lakes and rivers throughout Montana rival those on the coasts of places like California and Maine.

This is a wonderful region of the state and it’s worth spending some time exploring.
