If you’ve spent any time in Missoula in the last 40 years, you’ve probably heard of Paul’s Pancake Parlor. This unique eatery is definitely the perfect place for pancake lovers, and at this point, it’s a tasty piece of local history.

When Paul sold the restaurant to Elly Ramos, he taught her everything she knew. Elly eventually sold the place to her son, Mike Ramos, who owns it today... but not before she made him work there every day for a year so she could pass on Paul's wisdom.
Restaurants come and go in Missoula, but Paul's remains a cherished local gathering spot.

The pancakes are plentiful, and they are legendary.
The pancakes come in classic buttermilk, sourdough, topped with every imaginable flavor, or even rolled.

Paul's actually has a large breakfast menu aside from the pancake selection, and they serve American classics for lunch and dinner, too.
A large mural on the wall pays homage to the local team, the Grizzlies... but Bobcats are welcome, too.
