Spring is in the air, which means… admittedly not much here in Montana. But warmer weather is on the way (really), and most of us have quite the case of cabin fever by now. It’s time to do a little spring exploring, and these destinations happen to be especially beautiful this time of year.

1. Head to our charming gold rush town, Dillon.

9. Sneak off to Glacier National Park before the summer crowds arrive.

Timing a proper trip to Glacier can be tricky since the summer crowds show up as soon as the winter snow begins to melt. But if you can go in late spring before summer vacations begin, you can enjoy some beautiful uncrowded time at the park.
