The Most Isolated Town In America Is Right Here In Montana

It was named after Glasgow, Scotland by a railway clerk in 1887. Rumor has it that the railway clerk came up with the name by randomly spinning a globe.
Fort Peck Dam was built during Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidency, and it remains a top attraction to this day.
While that's certainly bigger than Montana's tiniest towns (Troy, for example, has a population of 732), it's a small area by any definition.
Eugene's has been making delicious pizza for almost 60 years, and they're well-known around Montana for their delicious pies.
Once the owners heard that people were driving hundreds of miles to Montana's most isolated town for their pizza fix, they decided to start shipping them.
Sleeping Buffalo is the only hot springs resort along Montana’s northern tier, and it's delightful.
