Drink Your Way Through Montana On The Margarita Marathon
We work hard here in Montana, but we also know it’s important not to take life too seriously. Some days just call for a margarita (or five), and on those days, you’ll want to head to Bozeman and check out the Margarita Marathon. The trail we’ve mapped out is close to two miles in length, but it’s easily walkable, which is exactly how you should be traveling when you’re tasting tequila. The spots on this list are all well-known for their margs.

1. Montana Ale Works
Montana Ale Works has a full bar, and that includes some impressive margaritas. Choose between the signature Ale Works Marg, a Railcar Marg, or the PJ Marg, which is made from house-infused pineapple and jalapeño tequila.
Address: 611 East Main Street, Bozeman, MT, 59715
2. Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill
Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill is about more than whiskey. They serve some of the best steaks in Bozeman, and their cocktail list includes a variety of spirits. If you're feeling bold, try a Sriracha Margarita, which is Tequila, triple sec, sour, simple syrup, egg white, and Sriracha.

3. Nina's Tacos & Tequila
Nina's is the new kid on the block, but it seems they cover the basics -- tacos and tequila -- quite well. Wash your street corn and braised tacos down with a speciality margarita, like huckleberry or mango. You can even get your marg topped with a snow cone.

4. Fiesta Mexicana
Just look at that cool, refreshing Blue Margarita. It's the specialty here at Fiesta Mexicana, a classic Mexican eatery with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
