Dine Inside A Private Igloo With Views Of Snow-Capped Hills At Iron Griz In Montana
Just a few years ago, winter outdoor dining in Montana would have been an impossible dream. But thanks to the recent igloo dining trend, it’s not only possible but often preferable to indoor dining. This winter, Missoula’s Iron Griz has set up igloos for special dining experiences. Feast on delicious American cuisine inside your own private space while looking out at the snow.

In the summertime, the patio is the preferred place to be.

The Iron Griz domes are now available to rent for your next special occasion. The cost is $25 for every two-hour stay (on top of your dining tab), and there is a non-refundable $25 fee due when you book.

The menu rotates seasonally, offering educational opportunities for UM students.

Most of the produce used in the recipes is grown in the South Avenue Garden.
