The gingerbread ice cream has locally made gingerbread cookies crumbled up into its gingerbread spiced base.
It's tough to keep this flavor in stock, so go early if you have your heart set on it. Other specialty flavors include Montana Christmas, a delightful sweet cream and huckleberry jam concoction, and Santa's Snack, which is basically cookies and milk in ice cream form (and it's fantastic).
