The two mavens who own the market, Val and Brie, have over 30 years of combined food experience.

They wanted to create something special that Bozeman didn't have yet: a style of market that's most commonly seen in bigger cities. Needless to say, it was an instant hit.
The space contains over 100 varieties of fresh-cut cheese, charcuterie selections, craft chocolates, and so much more.

In addition to the epic market, there's an on-site cafe that serves espresso, gelato, and sandwiches.
