But its remote location is just part of its charm.

It's accessible from several different routes, the most common being by an unpaved road from the small town of Polebridge.
Stock up on tasty provisions at the Polebridge Mercantile, pack your blankets and lake gear, and spend the day enjoying a picnic on the shoreline.
