You can find some unique attractions while driving across Missouri. If you find yourself in Excelsior Springs, you must stop and visit the Hall of Waters. The Art Deco style architecture is still incredibly beautiful and the Mayan motifs throughout relate to the Mayan God’s of water. Once regarded as a premier health spa, the Hall of Waters now sits almost empty waiting for visitors.

The Hall of Waters was constructed in 1937 through the Public Works Administration.

There were baths for men and women with soaking tubs and showers. At capacity, 300 people could enjoy the facilities.

The town of Excelsior Springs is hoping that donors and investors will help to renovate the space so visitors can enjoy the Hall as it once was. You can find the Hall of Waters at 201 E. Broadway, Excelsior Springs.
