Spend a lovely spring Saturday outdoors at Simplicity Lavender Farm's first annual Lavender Festival, set for June 8, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tucked in Washburn, the picturesque lavender farm's Fun in the Field Lavender Festival costs $5 per guest. However, children younger than five years old are free.
Then, after you've browsed the vendors stalls and had a bite to eat, stop by the farm's shop. There, you'll discover a treasure trove of all things lavender - from goat's milk soap to insect repellent.
