10 Legitimate Signs That You Grew Up In Missouri
Life is pretty darn good in Missouri. We can all probably agree about that, right? With Missouri’s many natural and man-made attractions, we always have something to do, so we can’t really get bored. Those of us who grew up in Missouri have some pretty good shared memories of days gone by, and there are a few signs that Missouri was your childhood home.
Meals are just better when they start with toasted ravioli; they even make the most delicious snack or main course, too.

No one does barbecue like Missouri, especially Kansas City, a tasty lesson we learned growing up in Missouri. It doesn’t get much better either than burnt ends.

Is there anything better than floating with our friends?
When we weren’t spending our time soaking up the sun on our favorite river or lake, we were shoveling in our favorite fair foods, climbing aboard our favorite rides, and having good, old-fashioned fun at our favorite local fair/festival.
Just try to drag us out of bed on a normal school day. When snow was in the forecast? We’ll be up before the sun to find out if we're lucky enough to have a snow day.
It was the store where we could find anything and, as kids, where we had no shortage of toys and other goodies to ask for. If we were lucky, we even got to eat at the lunch counter.
Even though we might find it a bit overrated now, we still remember those visits to the Arch rather fondly.
By the time we could walk, we’d likely already chosen sides, especially when it comes to baseball. The Cards or the Royals? Even if we weren’t necessarily baseball fans, we declared our allegiance and stuck with it.
